Digital / Downloadable products are delivered instantly after successful payment either through a download link, or by means of our dedicated student's portal.
For non-digital products, after a successful payment, a notification email confirming successful payment will be sent to the candidate. Subsequently, the purchased item will be sent to the address provided by the candidate during checkout, and the candidate notified about the dispatch of the item.
For university invitation / admission letter, the candidate will be sent a copy of the university application form, and an admission contract, along with other vital admission documentations for processing the university admission.
Once the contract is signed, admission processing will commence immediately, and will be processed within 10 working days after contract signing. A soft copy of the completed admission / invitation letter will be sent to the candidate by email for verification of personal information & confirmation, after which the original hard-copy and any translations (if any) will be sent via courier to the address provided by the candidate in the filled application form.
Payment for university invitation / admission letter is covered by our 180 days (6 months) full money back guarantee as reflected in our
Terms of Service and
warranty.
Purchase for digital downloadable items are not covered by a money-back guarantee, once downloaded. We will take all necessary steps to resolve whatever dissatisfaction that may arise, if it is as a result of our shortcoming. Notwithstanding, where there is a legitimate and strong reason for a refund, it will be honoured, but this is at our discretion.
